This pack comes with car blueprints that allows to change different car types, mesh and colors variations. Building blueprints with color and roof type controls that includes interior areas and functional doors with various options. Splines blueprints for power lines, road railings, roads and fences for faster level editing. Example level showcase video:

A huge library of different post apocalyptic style assets like props, furniture and debris models. Pack also includes a set of nature assets like different types of tree models with small and large versions, grass and fern models and a set of rock and stone assets with advanced rock material utilizing tiling rock textures.

Landscape material comes with four different layers using hi-quality textures, distance based macro details, slope and tessellation control + landscape grass. Materials supports moss, dirt, leaves and water layers. All of the materials also have quality switches set up and most of the features are turned into parameters for optimizing purposes. Various material layers are also converted into material functions. Assets are using material instances so it's easy and fast to make changes.

Assets in this pack have LODs, collisions and optimized/balanced lightmap UVs. Example level is using a static lighting and is meant to show different ways to use assets. Level also have different optimizations built in like culling volumes. Blueprints are not built with networking in mind. Also note that due to large amount of assets and textures this pack is 4,5gb in size.
